3 HR Dive Deep Workshop

Refine your practice in a focused three hour Deep Dive with Jowing. Through carefully structured sequences and smart, efficient movement, you will train intelligent strength, sharpen alignment, and build control in transitions. With the support of wall ropes, chairs, straps, and bolsters, you will safely explore deeper backbends and clearer body mechanics, an intentional session where every breath has purpose and every posture moves you forward.

Led by Jowing, Yoga Alliance E-RYT and YACEP provider, through led wall practice and practical labs, you will build alignment clarity, intelligent progressions, safe assists, applied anatomy, and level-appropriate sequencing using wall ropes, chair, belts, blocks, and bolsters, taught in English and Mandarin. This intake is Stage 1 Foundation in our Wall Yoga Pathway, with Progressions and Integration stages to follow.
