A small-group, alignment-first program that teaches precise movement and safe practice with close guidance and hands-on adjustments. We take time to explain how and why each action works, then give you longer practice blocks to lock in the skill.
Across five themed weeks, you will slow down to study key alignment points, feel clear tactile and verbal cues, and practise progressive sequences that build strength, mobility and confidence. Beginners build a solid foundation. Experienced practitioners refine their technique and learn how to practise safely at home.

Week 1: Staying Grounded, Standing Postures
Stable footwork, joint stacking, hip and spine alignment. Build balance from the ground up.Week 2: Folding and Wringing It Out, Forward Folds and Twists
Protect the spine while creating length. Core support and safe rotational mechanics.Week 3: The Subtle Art of Balancing, Balancing Postures
Focus, breath control, and micro‑adjustments for steady single‑leg and transition work.Week 4: Airing Out the Heart, Heart Openers
Open the front body without compressing the lower back. Strengthen posterior chain support.Week 5: Building Strength Intelligently, Upper Body and Core
Shoulder‑safe loading, breath‑effort integration, and core strategies that transfer to daily life.
