The FORM 50-Hour Aerial Yoga Continuing Education Training is a practical, alignment-based program that develops confident and safe aerial yoga teachers. Across three intensive weekends, you will learn rigging and equipment fundamentals, progressive sequencing, spotting, bilingual cueing, and applied anatomy. The training moves from foundational floor work to supported inversions and flow, with supervised teaching so you graduate ready to lead clear, uplifting, and safe aerial classes. A Yoga Alliance YACEP-recognised program built on two successful cohorts at Little Mandarin.
