Course overview
This continuing education training studies prop supported and therapeutic approaches to wall yoga. You will learn how the wall and classic props organise the body in a wide range of asana, and how to translate that clarity into confident and student-centred teaching. Sessions combine led wall practice with clear breakdowns of prop use, assist options, and accessible variations for different bodies. The FORM approach emphasises alignment clarity, intelligent strength, precise cueing, and kind coaching.
