Do I need to book to attend a class?
We request a RESERVATION for all AERIAL CLASSES. We do suggest that you reserve a spot for Mat classes as well although you are more than welcome to drop in. To book your classes, click on the timetable. You can also schedule your visits on our branded app that you can download here. It is recommended that you arrive at the studio 15 minutes before the class start time, and at least 5 minutes before any booked class, workshop, and event in order to sign in and settle in to the studio. Please note that WHEN THE CLASS BEGINS, THE ENTRANCE WILL BE LOCKED for security and safety purposes.
Important: Please be aware of our late cancellation and no show policy - more information about our policy including penalties can be found in our terms & conditions.
What do I need to bring?
We provide everything you need for practice, including high quality Manduka mats as well as bolsters, blocks and eye pillows. Just bring comfortable clothes and a towel. Please note that we don't currently have shower facilities but we are working on it. Please be considerate of other students, do not wear heavy cologne or perfume, and mind your noise levels. No glass water bottles are allowed in the studio to prevent accidents.
I am new, what class is more suitable to me?
We run periodic 6-Week Beginner Yoga Courses and Aerial Yoga Workshops for anyone who is new to yoga. Our mat-based yoga classes are suitable for all levels, please check the mat yoga class descriptions here. If you don’t have yoga experience and wish to join the aerial yoga classes, make sure you book the aerial intro for your first class.
