I am new, what class is more suitable to me?

Our mat-based yoga classes are suitable for all levels, please check the mat yoga class descriptions here. If you don’t have any prior yoga experience and wish to join the Aerial Yoga classes, make sure you book the Aerial 101 class for your first class. For Reformer Pilates class, please book the Reformer 101 class if you don’t have prior Pilates experience.

If it is your first time to any studio location, please give yourself extra time to arrive and familiarise yourself with the studio and props. Please let the instructor know if you have any questions or injuries that they should be aware of.

Important: Please note that Wall Ropes Yoga is not recommended for those without prior yoga or aerial experience.

Do I need to book to attend a class?

Yes, online booking is essential. We recommend booking for Aerial Yoga and Wall Ropes Yoga early to avoid disappointment, as spaces are limited.
